TrovaStorage
The independent marketplace of self-storage facilities and depositories in Italy. People looking for space compare the facilities of every operator and ask the ones they choose for an offer, free and without obligation. Operators take over their listing and receive the requests.

The problem
Finding a storage unit shouldn't take ten phone calls
Self storage in Italy is fragmented: many operators, small and large, that are hard to compare. TrovaStorage puts them in a single list, facility by facility, with the source of every detail.
To compare nearby facilities you open one website per chain and per depository, and each one describes sizes, services and hours its own way.
You often have to contact several facilities, one facility at a time.
Sizes, services and prices found online rarely say where they come from or when they were last checked.
For people looking for space
Every operator, one list
By street, town or postcode, with filters for size and services. There are pages per region, city and district, and for furniture storage a comparison of movers and self storage.
Each piece of information on a listing says where it comes from and when it was read. On listings not yet managed by the operator, data that is too old is not shown.
Pick the facilities, describe what you need and send. No account needed: you just confirm your email with a code. Your contact details stay private until a facility replies with an offer or an appointment.
Results are ordered by clear criteria, explained openly. The service is free for renters and the contract stays between you and the facility you choose.
For operators
Your facility's listing is yours
TrovaStorage starts from what every operator already publishes. Signing up is free, and paying does not change the order of results.
Many facilities are already listed with their public data. You can take it over, correct it or ask for it to be removed; if your facility is missing, you add it in a few minutes.
You prove you run the facility with a code sent to your domain email or certified email (PEC), a call back to the published number, or a photo of the sign. Meanwhile you can already work.
Spaces by size, prices, hours, services and photos, managed together with your team.
Customer requests land in a single inbox; you reply with an offer or book an appointment, based on the availability you set.
AI where it helps, rules where they matter
The model interprets, the data decides
Artificial intelligence comes in at one point only: understanding what the person searching writes. Which spaces exist, which facilities to show and in what order is decided by code reading the database.
Stora, the assistant
If you don't know where to start, with an account you answer a few guided questions and can then write freely. Stora reads the request and turns it into search criteria; the facilities and spaces it suggests come from the database, not from the model. It sends nothing on its own: the request goes out only when you confirm it.
Stora is an AI-based assistant and the site says so wherever it is used: it can make mistakes, so sizes and prices should be checked with the facility.
The MCP connector
AI assistants can read TrovaStorage data through a public MCP server: three read-only tools to search facilities, open a facility's listing and read a city's prices. Every answer carries the source, the date and the page to cite.
The tools use no model: every answer is a recorded fact or a calculation with fixed rules. How to connect it.

Working in a fragmented market of the same kind, with many providers, scattered data, customers who can't compare them?
